Damien Tournaire obtained his attorney’s license in 2014, earning the award for the top score in the November 2014 examination session. He then specialized in real estate law and business law, working at a Geneva law firm until 2022. In 2020, after completing additional training provided by the Swiss Bar Association (FSA), he was awarded the title of FSA Specialist in Leasehold Law and Condominium Ownership.\u200b<\/p>

In 2022, Damien Tournaire became an independent attorney and, in 2024, co-founded ABT Avocats with Antoine Berthoud and Federico Abrar.\u200b<\/p>

Since 2022, he has served as an expert for the Swiss Bar Association in federal paralegal certification exams. In 2023, he was elected assessor judge (representing real estate sectors) at the Leasehold and Rents Chamber of the Court of Justice.\u200b<\/p>

Prior to his legal studies, Damien Tournaire worked as a technical assistant at a local property management company, gaining valuable experience in property management, construction, and site organization.
